Welcome to our FAQ section! Below are the most common questions we receive about ordering, production, and care of your grillz. We’ve got you covered from start to finish.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Q: How do I place an order for custom grillz?
A: Browse our collection and select your desired style. Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a DIY impression kit to complete at home. After we receive your mould, we’ll begin production.
Q: Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
A: Yes. We no longer take deposits — all orders must be paid in full at checkout, including Afterpay and payment plans, before production begins.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayID, Afterpay, and custom payment plans on request.
Q: Can I use Afterpay?
A: Yes! Afterpay is available and must be paid in full before production starts. Your grillz will not be made until Afterpay has fully cleared.
IMPRESSION KIT & MOULDING
Q: What comes in the impression kit?
A: Your kit includes dental putty, a mouth tray, and step-by-step instructions to help you take your mould correctly at home.
Q: What if I mess up my mould?
A: We’ll review photos of your impression. If it’s not usable, we may send a free replacement. Additional kits after that may incur a fee.
Q: How long do I have to return my mould?
A: Moulds must be returned within 60 days. Delays beyond this may result in cancellation or price adjustment due to material or gold market changes.
Q: Can I get help if I’m unsure how to do the mould?
A: Yes — we offer a video tutorial and written guide with every kit. Feel free to message us on Instagram if you need clarification.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Q: How long does it take to receive my grillz?
A: Production takes approximately 2–3 weeks after we receive your mould. Complex designs may require additional time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide including to the U.S., New Zealand, and Europe with tracked delivery.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Q: What if my package gets lost or stolen?
A: Once your item is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels. We recommend using secure addresses.
FIT & COMFORT
Q: Will the grillz fit perfectly?
A: As long as your mould is correct, your grillz will be custom-fit to your teeth. We are not responsible for incorrect fits from bad impressions.
Q: Can I eat or drink with my grillz on?
A: No. Grillz must be removed before eating, drinking, sleeping, or engaging in physical activity to prevent damage.
Q: Are grillz comfortable to wear?
A: Yes — our grillz are designed for a snug, natural feel when worn properly.
CUSTOMISATION & MATERIALS
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use premium 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, white gold, sterling silver, moissanite, and VVS diamonds. We also offer gold-plated options as a budget-friendly alternative.
Q: Do you use recycled metals?
A: Yes, we use high-quality, responsibly-sourced recycled precious metals where available, without compromising on shine or durability.
Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: Yes — send us your idea or reference photos. Once your design is approved, it is final and cannot be changed or refunded.
Q: Do you make grillz for missing teeth?
A: Absolutely. We can design grillz to fill gaps caused by missing teeth for a seamless look.
CARE & CLEANING
Q: How do I clean my grillz?
A: Gently brush your grillz with a soft toothbrush and mild soap. Rinse with purified or spring water (not tap water for silver). Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
Q: How should I store my grillz?
A: Keep your grillz in a dry, clean case away from moisture, heat, or sunlight when not in use.
Q: Can grillz tarnish or fade over time?
A: With proper care, your grillz will stay shiny. However, eating, drinking, or using improper cleaners may cause fading or damage.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes — all grillz come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects such as tarnishing, bonding faults, or loose stones (when proper care is followed).
Q: What does the warranty NOT cover?
A: Warranty does not cover:
- Snapping, breaking, or cracking from misuse
- Poor fit due to bad impressions
- Damage caused by food, drink, or neglect
- Wear and tear from incorrect storage
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Q: Can I return or exchange my grillz?
A: No. Due to hygiene and customisation, all sales are final.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is received and the kit has been shipped.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my grillz?
A: If there’s a manufacturing issue, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your grillz. Include clear photos so we can assess the situation.

Q: Are grillz safe to wear?
A: Yes — grillz are cosmetic jewellery items and safe when worn properly. They should never be used as dental appliances.
Q: Are these real gold and diamonds?
A: Yes. We offer authentic solid gold, white gold, and VVS diamond grillz. We also offer gold-plated and moissanite options for those on a budget.
Q: Can kids wear grillz?
A: Grillz are for adults only. If under 18, parental approval is required.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! Gift cards are available in various amounts and are perfect for birthdays or special gifts.
