Welcome to HSGrillz. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our services and products. For legal clarity, HSGrillz is the trading name of Hollywood Smiles Grillz, and both names refer to the same business. All associated rights and trademarks are exclusively owned by us. Unauthorized use of either name is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Understanding Terms & Conditions

HSGrillz is an Australian-based online retailer that designs and produces custom, made-to-order grillz jewellery. All transactions, communication, and fittings are handled remotely. Customers complete their dental impressions using our DIY at-home kit.

2. Cosmetic Use Only

HSGrillz grillz are for cosmetic and jewellery purposes only. They are not dental devices, retainers, or medical products.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • Grillz are worn for aesthetic use only

  • You will not eat, drink, sleep, or engage in physical activity while wearing them

  • You accept full responsibility for proper use and care

3. At-Home Impression Kit

Upon purchase, a DIY impression kit will be shipped to you with instructions.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Following the provided instructions carefully

  • Taking a clear, accurate mould

  • Returning the mould to us promptly and in good condition

We are not liable for poor fit resulting from incorrect, damaged, or contaminated impressions. If a new mould is required, a remake fee will apply.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayID

  • Afterpay

  • Approved payment plans

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders using payment plans will commence only once the full amount is received.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

Production begins only after we receive and approve your completed mould.

  • Standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from mould approval

  • Complex designs or peak periods may extend this timeframe

6. Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally with tracked shipping.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Ensuring safe receipt of the delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect impressions

  • Lost or damaged parcels once handed to the carrier

  • Mistakes in shipping information provided at checkout

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted after payment

  • Refunds will not be issued for incorrect impressions, delays, or change of mind

If you believe your grillz are defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos and your order number.

Return & Refund Policy – HSGRILLZ


Due to hygiene regulations and the custom nature of our grillz, HSGRILLZ does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

All grillz are custom-made to fit each client’s teeth and therefore cannot be resold or reused. As such, once your order has been placed and production has begun, it is non-refundable.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your grillz arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info.hollywoodsmiles@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item. You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue for assessment. If verified, we will offer a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

Return Eligibility (Only for Faults)

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The grillz are unused and in original packaging.
  • The fault is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • You provide proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage due to misuse, or does not meet the above conditions.

8. Care Instructions

To protect the quality and lifespan of your grillz:

  • Remove before eating, drinking, sleeping, or exercising

  • Store in a clean, dry container away from heat or sunlight

  • Clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or toothpaste

  • Use purified water or silver-safe products for cleaning silver grillz

Treat grillz like fine jewellery to ensure longevity.

9. Lifetime Warranty

We offer a Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects.

✅ Covered:

  • Manufacturing flaws (e.g. loose stones, faulty finish)

  • Premature tarnishing caused by production errors

❌ Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse (e.g. chewing, sleeping, sports)

  • Fit issues from poor impressions

  • Changes in dental structure after purchase

  • Wear and tear due to neglect or improper care

Free remakes are not provided for errors resulting from customer-supplied impressions.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

By purchasing from HSGrillz, you acknowledge that:

  • Our grillz are non-medical, cosmetic items only

  • You are solely responsible for the quality of your at-home impression

  • HSGrillz is not liable for discomfort, injury, or complications arising from poor impressions or improper use

  • Wearing grillz is done at your own risk; you assume all responsibility for personal health and dental safety

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, designs, product names, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of HSGrillz (Hollywood Smiles Grillz). They may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, email, address, and order details solely to fulfil and manage your orders.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Queensland.

14. Mould Expiry & Delayed Returns

If we do not receive your completed mould within 60 days of purchase, your order may be cancelled without refund.

Materials and pricing are not guaranteed beyond this timeframe. Prompt return of your impression helps avoid delays or additional fees.

15. Custom Design Disclaimer

All custom grillz are produced based on the specifications, references, and approvals provided by the customer.

Once a design is approved, it is final. HSGrillz is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to changes in personal taste, size preference, or design expectations after production begins.

16. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties or customs fees

  • Delays caused by customs clearance

HSGrillz is not liable for border charges or customs-related shipping issues.

17. Lost Mould Kit Policy

If your original impression kit is lost or damaged in transit, we will send one free replacement. Additional kits may incur a fee.

18. Order Confirmation & Customer Responsibility

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it carefully.

HSGrillz is not responsible for:

  • Errors in product options (e.g. grill count, gold type)

  • Mistakes in delivery information entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by missing or incorrect customer input
